Troubleshooting

Q: Student photo is missing on the ID card. A: Upload a photo in the student's profile first. Go to Students → [Student] → Edit → Photo.

Q: Barcode isn't scanning. A: Ensure print quality is high (at least 300 DPI). Use a laser printer for best barcode readability.

Q: Can I add custom fields to the ID card? A: Yes. In the template editor, click + Add Field and select from available student data fields or create a custom text field.
